Returns & Store Credit
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items in new condition.
Approved returns will be refunded as store credit to your Catwalk21 account, which can be used for future purchases.
How to Return an Item

Contact our Customer Service team through our website and let us know which item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

Ship the package through your local post office.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
